This is one of those teeth from the same location that some of the rarest teeth in South Carolina are being found.  This tooth is so cool in size, shape, color and condition.  We cannot be certain to state this is either a Angustidens or Auriculatus do to the odd mixture of miocene, paleocene, and eocene fossils.  The Auriculatus are much more rare than the Angustidens sharks teeth being sold as Auriculatus.  .   I will be listing some rare teeth this week so please check out my other auctions.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.  In the past some Emails have not made it to us so if you do not get a response please feel free to email us again to insure we recieved your Email. Please remember to also check out our other auctions.

If you have any requests please feel free to Email us to list those items.  However we will rarely sell any Megalodon teeth here on Ebay due to the massive amount being listed.  It is just like anything else, the supply is way beyond the demand, and we will not contribute to the decrease in the market value and list 100s a teeth.   On a more positive note, the sellers with the high end material are an asset to ebay as well as the industry.  We applaud them with there efferts to search around the world and give you these high quality teeth.  There are many other sellers here on Ebay many are friends that also will list under 20 teeth a week that have been the backbone of the industry.

We are a small outfit here in Charleston South Carolina, and we hope in some way that a viewing our items or visiting our site will promote fossil hunting.    We have taken many of our customers out to collect fossils and have made many friends along the way.   We have also taken time out to take many groups on their first fossil journey to land sites and we are proud of that fact.  These groups include college classes, the Boy Scouts, Grade School classes, and so on.  Unfortunately, because of all the hazards involved, we cannot take anyone out on a dive trip.   If you still want to dive pleasehire a professional, it is well worth the money.    I was fortunate enough to have a legend in the river diving world teach me and for that I am forever grateful.

There are also many laws governing the recovery of fossils and artifacts and they vary from state to state so make sure to have the proper permits.  If there is a local fossil organization in your area we encourage you to join. They can help identify fossils and help point you in the right direction.  Also look into volunteer work at the local museums.  I  spent over 300 hours helping out the state museum excavate fossils at the famous "Camelot" site.  Although all of are sales are important to us, we try to help out in any way we can.  If you have any questions feel free to email us and we will try to answer any of your questions.  Or if you are in the Charleston area and would like to go fossil hunting Email us and we will either try to point you in the right direction or possibly take a group out on a fossil journey.  We do most of are land hunting between the months of October and February.
