Paypal is the only form of payment accepted for this auction unless otherwise specified. We are not professional appraisers or experts on every item or category of item. We try to research each item and give our best opinion and description of that item. We try to take pictures that accurately reflect the condition of each item at time of sale. We attempt to note any damage on the item in the description. Sometimes we miss minor things. Also, the presence of dirt, dust, fingerprints, tape or sticker residue and normal wear & tear on items advertised as "antique", "vintage", "old", "used", etc., is normal, and is not considered to be damage, and is not grounds for return or refund. Also, any feature or artifact that was present on or in an item at the time of its manufacture is not considered damage. Also, we try to handle antiques as little as possible so as to avoid accidental damage and wear. So items will not generally be cleaned beyond a light dusting. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the listed shipping cost is for ground shipping to a physical address within the lower 48 states only. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or need delivery to a P. O. Box, then shipping will probably be much more expensive. If any of this applies to you, or you live outside the US, true shipping cost will be determined at the end of the auction. International shipping is usually quite expensive and insurance is usually not available. Keep this in mind before you bid. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, shipping insurance is optional and costs extra. If you want insurance, contact me at the end of the auction. I am not responsible for loss or damage on uninsured items. Insurance is generally not available for international shipping. Buyers outside the US assume all risk for loss or damage during shipping. Handling costs are included in the shipping price because boxes, bubble wrap, padded mailers, packing peanuts, label stock and labor to do packaging aren't free. Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction. If your item has not been paid for after 7 days and you have not made any good-faith attempts to do so, the item will be relisted and you will be reported to Ebay for nonpayment. Returns for refund are only offered in cases where the item was seriously misrepresented in the auction listing. This is an as-is, where-is auction, not a retail store. Refunds will not be given just because you decide you don't really want something after you have bought it. Only in cases where we agree that the item or its condition was seriously misrepresented in the auction listing will a refund be offered. Communicate! If there is going to be a delay sending payment, or if you have an issue with an item you receive, let us know, and maybe we can work something out. If the first communication we get from you is a negative feedback, then we aren't going to be inclined to either help fix the problem or refund your money. |
