Have you ever wanted a piece of the petrified forest, but found out that it was illegal to take one, for a keepsake, from a national forest? Well here is your chance at acquiring your very own piece of the petrified forest, that was legally acquired on private property! It was found in Northeastern Arizona.

This exquisitely beautiful looking piece was found along with all the other petrified wood we found. It is rainbow petrified wood with a beautiful butterscotch color, which is prevalent. This butterscotch color is rare to find. It has a layered affect of color bursting out from it. Besides the butterscotch color, it has a translucent white, burnt sienna, a translucent yellow and a translucent violet. It was found in it's natural form. This would make a wonderful piece to add to any collection or can be made into a cabochon.

It has not been enhanced in any way! Pictures were taken inside and stone was not wet.
