This is a plate of Permian reptile tracks, formed in Coconino Sandstone. From the Ashfork, Arizona area. Approx. 280 million years old.  Possibly made by the species known as Cheilichnus Duncani . There are two plates positive, and negitive of the same animal. These plates measures approx. 7" x 6" x 1" thick ( positive side). The negitive side measures approx. 7" x 4 1/2" x 1" thick. Very nice well defined matching set of prints. Only one track but a nice example of this species foot print.These are authentic fossilized reptile tracks, not replicas or casts. Material not containing any tracks has been removed to reduce shipping costs. We have not altered these in any way, cleaned with water only.
