This is a plate of Permian reptile tracks, formed in Coconino Sandstone. From the Ashfork, Arizona area. Approx. 280 million years old.  Possibly made by the species known as Cheilichnus Duncani . This plate measures approx. 8" x 6 1/2" x  2 1/4" thick. Nice short track way  with well defined prints on the right side of the track way. On the left side there some weak toe marks. Will display well and fit into a smaller collection with no problems. Thick, heavy and stable plate, so worry less about breakage.These are authentic fossilized reptile tracks, not replicas or casts. Material not containing any tracks has been removed to reduce shipping costs. We have not altered these in any way, cleaned with water only.
