All items are sent as quickly as possible upon payment. We cannot be held responsible for delivery times or items lost in the post once they have left our premises. Unless insured methods are specified as the only postage means within the listing (e.g. by courier for large items), we strongly recommend that our overseas customers purchase priority mail international. If an item has been damaged in transit, all packaging must be retained for us to process an insurance claim. WE have shipped many items overseas using first class mail international and so far have only had 2 that never arrived.
