This is a great group of more than 200 fossil sharks teeth I collected in several cement company quarries in coastal South Carolina! They are from a wide variety of species, including many different types of Carcharhinid (Requiem) Sharks, & they are a nice mixture of different colors! This is a large group of types from these localities: Blue Circle Quarry, Santee Quarry, & Giant Portland Quarry. These are good to excellent specimens (mostly complete) & they represent a great deal of time searching through fossiliferous matrix. This should be a very useful group for study or comparative purposes & they are all the good ones I have. Teeth like these may be common from some other Eocene sites, but they are certainly uncommon at this site. The largest teeth measure just under 5/8" in length. They were found in Upper Eocene age deposits, in the Santee-Cooper Marl Formation Formation, in Dorchester County, South Carolina near Harleyville. They are posted at a very low opening value, less than 20 cents each, & there is no reserve. Good luck!!!
